We require your personal data to enable us to contact you should we have any query and to up-date regarding your report.

We (the council) are collecting this information to enable us to hold a list of properties that are currently vacant in order that we may look into bringing these properties into use as housing. We require the information requested in this form to enable us keep an up-to-date list of vacant properties in order that we may investigate the circumstances and look to bringing the properties back into the housing market. We would also like to receive your own details in order that we may contact you re any query and up-date of our findings following your report.

You hold the following rights with regard to the personal data you provide us.

If any of the information we have about you is incorrect, please tell us, we are reliant on you assisting us to keep your information accurate and up to date.
