This form should only be completed by businesses who have not had their bin collected.
If you wish to report more than one missed collection, please fill in a form for each.
As your bin was not out on time we will not come back to recollect your bin/sack. In the future please ensure that your
bin/sack is at your collection point before 6.30am on the day of collection.
Bins that are found to be contaminated i,e, food waste in the dry recycling bin may be rejected, your bin could also
have been rejected if it was too heavy to be emptied by the refuse collectors. This will be identified in the form
of a sticker on the bin lid or a bin hanger.
It is likely that your bin is either contaminated (e,g, dry recycling in garden waste) or is too heavy for the vehicle
to lift. The contamination and/or excess weight needs to be removed before your next collection.
