This form should only be completed after 3:00pm on the day of a missed scheduled collection. This is because the crews
may still be out collecting. If your bin still hasn't been collected by 3:00pm please submit this form.
If your bin/sack was out on time (before 6.30am on the day of collection) and not rejected then it should be collected
within three working days.
Please check our
Refuse Collection Calendar to find out your collection dates.
Please note we can only arrange to recollect if reported within 3 calendar days of the scheduled collection (this does
not include the day of collection).
If you wish to report more than one missed collection, please fill in a form for each.
As your bin/sack was not out on time we will not come back to recollect your bin/sack. In the future please ensure that
your bin/sack is at your collection point before 6.30am on the day of collection.
Bins that are found to be contaminated i.e. Food waste in the dry recycling bin may be rejected, your bin could also
have been rejected if it was too heavy to be emptied by the refuse collectors. This will be identified in the form
of a sticker on the bin lid or a bin hanger. If your bin has been rejected we will not return before your next scheduled
collection. In order to prevent a further rejection please ensure any contamination/excess waste is removed.
It is likely that your bin is either contaminated (e.g. dry recycling in garden waste) or is too heavy for the vehicle
to lift. The contamination and/or excess weight needs to be removed before your next collection.
An assisted collection is when the collection crew come and collect your bin from its normal storage place, take it

Assisted Collections are only available for people who are unable to take their bins (or sacks) out themselves. This may
