Please note that the Advantage, Gym Only, Silver and Classic memberships are no longer available for new customers. If you currently have these membership packages there is NO CHANGE to your membership benefits. However, if you change from any of these packages, you cannot revert back to your previous membership, if you wish to change again.


We need some of your personal data because it’s necessary for us to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. We cannot provide you access to leisure facilities or programmes unless you provide this personal information. If you do not or if you refuse to allow us to share information we will not be able to carry out the service for you and cannot be held responsible for any consequences to you of it not being carried out.

You have the right to receive a copy of this data, rectify inaccurate data and to request your personal data which you have provided to us, to be supplied in a machine readable format to you or another data controller on your behalf.

Depending on the activity undertaken we may share your personal data with:

  • health Professionals that refer you to us (such as GPs, nurses, OTs, physiotherapists etc)
  • interested parties that signpost you to our services (such as Care Network, Voluntary Organisations, Hunts Volunteer Centre etc.)
  • neighbouring local authorities and Cambridgeshire County Council
  • partner sector agencies such as Living Sport, Everyone Health.

We may process the information you provide to prevent and detect fraud in any of our systems and may supply information to government agencies, credit reference agencies, audit or other external bodies for such purposes. We participate in the government’s National Fraud Initiative.

We will retain your data in accordance with our Retention Policy.
